VibeServer Lite 11.0.15 — waterfall history through tunes and zooms

on GitHub

VibeServer Lite 11.0.15 (88). Replaces 11.0.14 and keeps your settings.

• The waterfall keeps its history through a tune and a zoom in the web page this server serves: a station tuned past draws one continuous trail, zooming fans the history in and out, and a fast tune draws a smooth line. (GitHub #57)
• EiBi shortwave schedule: until EiBi publishes the new season's schedule, the last season's is used, and the server says so — instead of a download error after the season date.
• rtl_tcp: a dongle served over rtl_tcp gets the same 15 kHz DC offset tuning as a USB one.

Thanks to Gesiima and NickB for the reports. SHA-256: see SHA256SUMS.txt.
