- Public listing on more networks: the tunnel now finds Cloudflare on networks that block outside DNS servers. It asks the device's own DNS servers first, then public ones, then encrypted DNS (DNS-over-TLS, certificates checked). Older Android versions (5 and 6) included.
- No more 15-second restart loop: a failed listing attempt is no longer mistaken for the listing's address.
