VibeServer Lite 11.0.0~rc13 (versionCode 36). Installs over every earlier Lite and keeps its settings. Since RC12: RTTY decodes stations that send one stop bit (PBB Den Helder for the first time) and AUTO tries every stop length; AUTO shows which way to tune when the tones are badly placed; the manual settings cover the whole RTTY specification, with ASCII now decoded (7 or 8 bits with parity).
