VibeServer Lite 11 B2 (11.0.0~b2) — the second beta of V11. Turn an old Android phone, tablet or TV box with a USB SDR (and an OTG cable) into a VibeServer that anyone can listen to in a browser or the VibeSDR app. Installs over B1 as an update (same signing key) and keeps your settings. Supersedes 11 B1.
Fixed since B1
- DAB and the audio self-heal no longer fight — every DAB change is waited out, so switching multiplex no longer cracks and falls silent.
- Leaving DAB no longer parks the tuner at full gain (why a setup quick scan could take 43 seconds).
- A dongle that drops off USB and comes back gets a fresh connection, so the server recovers by itself; a radio gone for more than 5 minutes stops the server.
- "Start on boot" is removed — Android does not hand a USB radio to an app during start-up, so it could never work. After a restart, open VibeServer Lite and press Start.
New since B1
- Per-band IF filter in the settings (under Advanced) — e.g. FM at 1.4 MHz.
- DAB landing station after a restart: the configured landing wins after a reboot, restart or update.
- DAB quick scan uses your full hardware settings (bias-T to power an aerial, ppm, AGC) and every re-scan reads the block afresh.
- Web client: a SERVER HEALTH tour card, and ABOUT names the server's version.

- SDRplay RSPs are not supported on Android — SDRplay's API does not exist for it (they work on the Linux VibeServer).
Requirements
- Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or newer, 32-bit or 64-bit ARM (armeabi-v7a), a supported SDR and a USB OTG adapter/cable. Designed for about 1 GB of RAM.
Installing
- Download
VibeServer-Lite-11.0.0-b2.apkbelow onto the device. - Allow installs from your browser or file manager when Android asks ("Install unknown apps").
- Open it, plug in the SDR, and follow the setup.
