The new GPU maps. Every map in the app — HFDL aircraft, digital spots, CW spots — now draws on the GPU (MapLibre) from map data carried inside the app: shaded ETOPO relief, cleaner country outlines at every zoom, runways, larger labels, and silky-smooth aircraft animation. Works offline.
- High Detail Maps: an optional one-time download (~169 MB) for close-in detail — offered once on first launch, and managed from the bottom of the server list.
- Tap an aircraft for its details, now with a 3-bar signal meter; the HFDL map shows the day/night shadow; hover or tap an airport code for its full name.
- Fixed: digital spots were counted but not drawn; dragging the map on a Mac lifted the page instead of panning.
VibeServer 5.6.76 inside VibeSDR (server mode): the server now serves these maps to browser listeners itself — the admin visitor map and the digital spots map — and its admin page can download or remove the High Detail Maps. An Airspy R2/Mini is now identified as an Airspy everywhere.
