Advanced RDS panel — the rows stop stating what they cannot know

• RDS dev now refuses below the S/N gate instead of printing a confident figure built from band noise.
• MPX S/N says bypassed when weak-signal processing is off, rather than calling it a clean signal.
• Country shows the ECC when it has arrived instead of always claiming from PI.
• IF narrow reports the width actually applied, and picks its adjective from that width.
• Multipath gains the IMS clause and a dimmed held reading instead of flashing too noisy to judge.
• PI shows hex and decimal.

RDS deviation — calibrated: a 1.205 chain loss and a 1.659 crest factor. Readings from builds before 5.6.64 need x1.205 to compare.

Maps — OpenStreetMap tiles are gone entirely; the basemap is our own vector data with prominent country borders at every zoom. The old tile prewarm that delayed every map move has been removed.
