A phone-hosted receiver now comes back by itself after the app updates.
Until now an update took the server off the air and left it there: Android stops the app on a package replace and does not restart the service, so an unattended phone went dark until somebody physically pressed Start. The crash case was already covered — this is the one that wasn't.
If the server was running when the update happened, it restarts on its own. If you stopped it deliberately, it stays stopped. Your USB permission is unaffected: an update keeps the app's UID and never unplugs the dongle, which is why it has always "just gone straight in".
Verified on a real phone with the screen asleep: back in under five seconds, tunnel included.
Also carries everything from 341 — per-band gain locks, the HackRF split, the sample-rate pin, the RDS fix that stops the waterfall dying, and "Work it out for me" for the Maidenhead locator.
