Rolls the 4.1.51 server into the app, so a receiver hosted from a phone gets it too.
You no longer need to know what a Maidenhead locator is to list a receiver. The setup page served by the app now offers Work it out for me — from a town name, or from coordinates — in the same words as the Mac and a Pi.
