Stride v35.0.1

v35.0.1 - 2026-11-04

Patch: stakeibc ICA hardening

v35.0.1 is a state-machine-breaking patch to v35.0.0.

• Admin-only ICA restore. MsgRestoreInterchainAccount can now only be sent by a Stride admin address.
• Fixed host zone ICA addresses. Host zone and trade route ICA addresses are no longer updated when an ICA channel opens.
