StreamUP v2.2.2 - Patch Update

Small patch tidying up the toolbar theming, fixing a theme-switch bug, and plugging a source leak in the Scene Organiser.

Improvements

• Toolbar Theming - Stripped the plugin's custom toolbar sizing so the toolbar now follows OBS theme standards. Looks cleaner and sits better alongside other OBS docks.
• Theme Re-Apply on Switch - Table row heights and StreamUP theme styling now re-apply correctly when switching themes without needing to restart OBS.

Bug Fixes

• Scene Organiser Source Leak - Fixed leaked source references when duplicating scenes from the Scene Organiser. Long sessions with lots of duplication should behave better.
