1.8.91 fixes a crash when opening the theme picker in the packaged app and updates a vulnerable cryptography dependency.

- Opening the theme picker and switching themes or accents no longer crashes the installed or portable app (#452).
- The bug report window uses the family text field and scrollbars, with grain clipped to the cards and a transparent scrollbar corner.
