v0.4 - Battery Stats and Native Windows Driver

This release of YAFI adds support for the official Framework EC driver, with this you will no longer need to run YAFI as administrator on Windows. If your laptop does not support the Framework EC driver, you will need to install PawnIO, the PawnIO module is also a lot faster in this release.

This release also adds the new battery statistics page:
