• reverse comment order (newest to oldest) as alternative to normal order (oldest to newest) for comments with depth 0
• show a notification upon sending a comment (#4)

Bugfixes

• giveaway and discussion overviews are no longer loaded twice
• can now comment/hide giveaways you can't enter/leave (e.g. closed, not open yet)
• entering, leaving and hiding a giveaway now correctly propagates up all activities, so you're no longer seeing the old state when returning e.g. from search
