On Recent "Decky Disappearances"
Recently in 2.4.6-pre1 and 2.4.6-pre2, there were issues with the version of glibc being used by the CI and the one provided by the deck, causing decky to seemingly not re-appear upon updating to these pre-releases. This issue is now resolved.
However, we are tracking a new issue where decky fails to re-inject (the behavior is inconsistent) related to changes to the Steam client and GamepadUI that the deck uses Valve made sometime in the past few weeks. If you find that after restarting Steam, you no longer have a "Restart Steam" button and or decky does not appear in the QAM, restart the deck entirely. Please submit issues with logs or add your logs to any existing issue(s).
