Second prerelease of Scrutiny 2.0, on the beta channel only: the latest, 1, and 1.76 image tags are unchanged. See the v2.0.0-beta.1 notes for the full list of 2.0 changes and docs/UPGRADE_2.0.md before upgrading.

Fixes

• /api/summary reports stale only when missed ping monitoring is enabled. With the default daily collector schedule and the 60-minute default timeout, every device was reported stale for most of the day. last_seen is still always reported (#982).
• Debian's zfsutils-linux cron jobs and scripts are removed from the images (#981).
• Prerelease images now get distinct per-image tags (#979).
