Overhaul injection functionality

You should now notice:

• Injection is much faster
• Injection is more consistent
• The top bar is more consistent
• Shelter plugins are more consistent

Change the way some injected plugins work

Dorion-required plugins, such as "Dorion Settings", are now executed independently of the Shelter plugin list. For new users, this means that all Dorion-required plugins will not show up in their plugin list, which should be a little less misleading/confusing. For existing users, you will now (technically) have duplicate plugins, and you should remove any "Dorion XYZ" plugins from your plugin list manually.

Reintroduce push-to-talk

A long-standing regression from the move to Shelter was the removal of PTT, but it's finally made a return! Just set your voice activity settings to "Push to Talk" and your favorite PTT keybind, just like you would in normal Discord.

MacOS Note: you may now get a popup asking you to allow Dorion in "Privacy and Security". This is just because this update reintroduces the PTT hotkey watcher, which requires Dorion to watch for your keybind when Dorion isn't focused.

Final Thoughts

The injection fixes are something I have wanted to make for, like, half a year now at least. In truth, the way this makes Dorion work now (re: consistency, speed) should've been how it worked to begin with, but it's always better late than never!
