🗺️ Localization files update

• Update 🇫🇷 French localization files by @syllos (#572).
• Update 🇹🇷 Turkish localization files by @snowcliffx (#572).
• Update 🇺🇦 Ukrainian localization files by Максим (#572).

🧹 Maintenance updates

• Remove various packages that had little effect on the app's functionalities and aren't necessarily needed right now (eeb070a, 344c952).
• Bump Electron to v33.
• Bump marked to v15.
• Add logic for new places where null may happen, due to type and documentation update in recent (33.x.y) Electron versions.
