This is the OrcaSlicer V2.1.0 RC release.

This update introduces some new features and fixes some bugs found in the v2.1.0 Beta

What's Changed

• Allow opt-out outer walls when adjusting speed for "slow-down for layer cooling" by @igiannakas in #5148
  

  This creative slowdown approach enhances printing quality by reducing layer inconsistency due to varying print speeds. It specifically improves the quality of gloss-like materials by ensuring consistent outer wall print speeds. Variations in speed can impact the filament's melting time, affecting the shine of the outer walls.
  
  PS: @igiannakas is an active contributor to the Orca Slicer project—big shout out to him for his contribution! He is also working on a new Pressure Advance feature. Please check it out here: #5609. More testing data is needed for this feature

• Thumbnails feature enhancement. by @SoftFever in #5555
  Support for generating various size/format combinations has been added. Users can now specify thumbnails in multiple configurations, such as 380x380/COLPIC, 210x210/COLPIC, and 380x380/PNG. This feature is particularly useful for printers that utilize multiple thumbnails for on-device screens and web interfaces, including models like the Qidi X3 series, Prusa MK4, MINI, Elegoo Neptune 4, and others. This is feature is loosely based on PrusaSlicer's work

• Take filament flow ratio into account when displaying flow value in gcode legend by @SoftFever in #5628
  Orca now accounts for the "Flow Ratio" value specified in filament settings when displaying flow for each extrusion in the G-code legend. Note: this only affects gcode preview
