Ignore anchors now carry a persistent group instead of display-only clustering (existing anchors migrate automatically):
- Merge groups — tell FaceID that two groups are the same person; auto-learned anchors then feed the right group (they always join the group of their best-matching anchor).
- Move selected anchors between groups (click tiles to select, then APPLY).
- Assign wrongly ignored faces directly to a person — no restore-detour needed.
- Group actions (restore/delete) respect the tile selection.
Grouping remains display/curation-level: matching itself is identity-agnostic and unchanged.
