v0.2.0 — ignore list & fairer matching

latest releases: v0.26.0, v0.25.1, v0.25.0...

Two features straight from launch-day feedback:

Ignore list. Ignoring an unknown face now keeps it as a negative anchor: that person is never notified, never matched to one of your known people, and never resurfaces in the review queue. No more dummy persons for people you simply don't want to track — manage them in the new Ignored section (restore or delete anytime).

Fairer matching. A person's score is now the mean of their top-3 most similar reference images instead of the single best one, and galleries get a soft cap (40 photos/person, most redundant reference is dropped). Together this addresses the gallery-imbalance bias pointed out by the Frigate maintainer in the announcement thread — a person with many photos no longer wins borderline matches on a lucky outlier.

Note: absolute match scores drop slightly with top-k averaging. If known people start landing in your review queue, lower match_threshold a notch.

New config options: match_top_k, max_faces_per_person, ignore_threshold — all optional, sensible defaults. Add-on users get the update offered automatically; standalone: git pull && systemctl restart faceid.
