- The notification target is a picker too now — choose the phone or tablet from a list
instead of typing a service name. A text field stays alongside it and takes precedence. - Both are needed, and the reason is worth knowing: the service name is derived from the
device name, so two devices called the same thing cannot be told apart (on the
reference system there are two called "iPhone"; one of them is really
notify.mobile_app_iphone_2). Renaming a device after registration breaks the derivation
as well, and a notification group cannot be picked as a device at all. So the picker
is the convenience, the field is the guarantee. - A condition now refuses to run when neither is set, instead of failing inside the action
with an unhelpful error. - ⚠️ Updating an already-imported blueprint needs a re-import. Pasting the URL again
does not replace the installed copy — Home Assistant keeps the old one. Use
Settings → Automations & scenes → Blueprints → ⋮ → Re-import blueprint.
