• Fixed: a recording scan that found nothing because the clip did not exist yet was
  counted as "no face". Frigate finalises the clip a moment after an event ends, while
  the finaliser reaches for it immediately. The download then failed, find_face_in_clip
  returned empty-handed, and the event was discarded — over a file that would have been
  there seconds later.
• Visible in the log as an impossible duration: no face in the recording either (12 frames, 0.0s). A real scan takes 5–7s. Roughly one scan in four ended this way here,
  including the one that would have been the last chance to recognise someone at the door.
• The scan now reports how many frames it actually read, so "clip not ready" and "clip has
  no face" are told apart. The first is retried (clip_fallback_retries, default 3, every
  clip_fallback_retry_seconds, default 10); the second is not — it is a real answer.
