Windows: Choose the 64-bit release (win64). This requires the MSVC++ 2015 runtime, but you'll likely have that installed already. I've provided the 32-bit release only as a fallback.
Linux: Install Allegro 5 and enet 1.3. On Arch Linux, instead of this binary download, you can install the Lix AUR package.
