NVIDIA's current main driver release does not support NVIDIA Smooth Motion technology. The first driver to support GeForce RTX 40 Series is GeForce R590.26 Preview Driver. Now, you can use this Installer to install the NvPresent64.dll file to main driver to support NVIDIA Smooth Motion.

Installation
- Open NvPresentUpdate.exe.
- Click "Scan" button to update the driver list.
- Select the directory location of your currently installed driver.
- Click "Update" button.
- Use nvidiaProfileInspector to toggle on Smooth Motion option.
- The latest version supports customize replacing the NvPresent64.dll file to update the NVIDIA Smooth Motion Library.
- You can select "Customize NvPresent64.dll" in the combo box to select a version to update NvPresent64.dll file.
How to restore?
- Click "Restore" button to restore NvPresent64.dll file.
- Removing/reinstalling/updating the driver will restore the NvPresent64.dll file and there is no need to use this tool to restore it again.
