Two playback fixes.
Autoplay no longer desyncs the player from the audio. A race at the queue tail could append the same track to the player's internal playlist twice, which left the player one track behind the queue for the rest of the session: a song would quietly replay while the player bar showed the following one. Reported on Windows, where it hit most often, but the race existed everywhere.
Turning shuffle off no longer replays songs you already heard. Un-shuffling restored the original order as-is, so any track the shuffle had already played came back as up-next if it happened to sit after the current song in album order — shuffle through a whole album and its last few tracks were offered again the moment you switched shuffle off. Those are now dropped from what's upcoming. Autoplay also fills the queue back in straight away when un-shuffling leaves nothing after the current song, and Skip works there instead of doing nothing.
