Fixes the AppImage failing to load on Arch, and the gvfs module error on Debian testing.
v0.2.11 removed several libraries from the bundle expecting the host's copies to be used. That was wrong: sonames differ between distributions (Arch ships libnettle.so.9 where the bundle needs .so.8), so the app could not start there at all. Pointing GLib at the host's module directory also made it load modules built against a newer GLib than the bundled one, which is the gvfs error.
The bundle is self-contained again. libjack, which was never bundled despite being required, is included too, so machines without JACK installed can start it.
Releases 0.2.12 and 0.2.13 were never completed and have no Linux AppImage. Use this one.
