Fixes the AppImage failing to load on Arch, and the gvfs module error on Debian testing.
v0.2.11 removed several libraries from the bundle so the host's copies would be used. That was a mistake: library sonames differ between distributions (Arch ships libnettle.so.9 where the bundle needs .so.8), so the app could not start there at all. Pointing GLib at the host's module directory also made it load modules built against a newer GLib than the bundled one, which is the gvfs error.
The bundle is self-contained again. Also fixed: libjack was missing entirely, which prevented startup on any machine without JACK installed.
(v0.2.12 was never completed and has no Linux AppImage; use this one.)
