Fixes the AppImage failing to load on Arch, and the gvfs module error on Debian testing.
v0.2.11 removed several libraries from the bundle so that the host's copies would be used. That was a mistake: library sonames differ between distributions (Arch ships libnettle.so.9 where the bundle needs .so.8), so the app could not start at all there. Pointing GLib at the host's module directory also made it load modules built against a newer GLib than the one bundled, which is the gvfs error.
The bundle is self-contained again, including libjack, which was missing entirely and prevented startup on any machine without JACK installed.
