Fixes the AppImage failing to start on Fedora, Arch and other pipewire desktops.
v0.2.10 bundled pipewire 1.0 from its build host while leaving libjack to the host — on any desktop whose JACK is pipewire's own shim, the two disagreed and the app exited with a symbol lookup error before drawing a window. The AppImage no longer bundles pipewire or OpenSSL; it uses the host's, which every mainstream desktop already ships.
Also fixes the Last.fm login URL being truncated on Windows, and two drop-marker glitches when reordering shortcuts.
