Fixes the app opening as a blank white window on NVIDIA GPUs (Linux AppImage).
The AppImage ships its own WebKitGTK stack, and on NVIDIA its GPU renderer failed to allocate display buffers — the window stayed solid white. The app now detects that exact combination (AppImage + NVIDIA) and falls back to software rendering there, so the window always paints. RPM installs and non-NVIDIA systems are unaffected and keep full GPU rendering.
Also includes everything from 0.1.7: "Add to queue" places songs right after the current track, and song cards (search Top results, Home) now have the ⋯ menu.
