You can finally create your certificate directly on a Windows computer, no Mac necessary. Read the updated guides for more information.
This update also brings a bunch of fixes and improvements, most notably with the reliability and speed of developer account signing. You also no longer need to bother about "Apple intermediary certificates", they are now automatically added.
