Breaking Changes 🚨

The default OTLP exporter has changed from gRPC to HTTP:

• presets.otlphttpExporter.enabled now defaults to true
• presets.otlpExporter.enabled now defaults to false
• The autogenerated in-cluster endpoint fallback now resolves to port 4318 instead of 4317
