- Restores Fluent's own webkit in the new Steam Beta UI update for improved theming in Steam's webpages and better performance while using the skin.

This new release of Fluent is being developed by @AikoMidori and it requires prior installation of the Millenium Patcher by @ShadowMonster99.
USAGE (for Steam Beta only):
- Install Millenium Patcher from here: https://github.com/ShadowMonster99/millennium-steam-patcher,
- Copy all the files from "Options++/steam_beta" into the Steam directory and replace them when asked,
- Create a shortcut of steam.exe, then run it with the following command line arguments:
-cef-enable-debugging.
You should now see the Fluent skin.
