HOW TO INSTALL LIBRARY SKIN (libraryprealpha)

First of all, the new skin option is located at "Options++/libraryprealpha"
Download Steam Friends Patcher (SFP) from here: https://github.com/PhantomGamers/SFP#sfp-formerly-steamfriendspatcher and follow the instructions of git
Open SFP_UI.exe, click Patch then restart steam
After patching steam with SFP, copy all the files from libraryprealpha folder into the Steam/steamui directory and replace them.
