feat: Add a shoko similar items provider for jellyfin 12:
- Added a remote similar items provider for series and movies on Jellyfin 12, using the series suggestions in Shoko that point at series in the collection
- Added a probe for the series suggestions endpoint, cached as
HasSuggestionsExposed, and hid the provider when the server doesn't have it - Scored suggestions by their approval rating when the source has one, otherwise by their order
