Just a small patch release for people which got caught in the 6.0.1 auto-update fiasco, with a few fixes/repo changes on top.

Simplify the multi-series file checks to NOT use the API manager to inflate all the Show Info objects for ALL single-series IDs and series IDs for multi-series files to determine if we're going to keep the file or not.
