Update your plugin using the dev manifest or by downloading the release from GitHub Releases and installing it manually!

refactor: Cache extra external urls at item refresh:
Cache the external urls at item refresh because loading them on-demand seems laggy from a user's POV for larger/more-complex series/shows. Also enable it by default now that it's cached.
