fix: Skip VFS generation if media folders are unavailable:
In some cases, the media folders can be empty or otherwise unavailable (e.g. a local drive on windows is not mounted yet, a network share on windows is temporarily unavailable, a (network?) mount on linux was not mounted correctly, etc.), so skip the generation of the VFS if we detect any of the media folders attached to the library is in a faulted state, to prevent the generation removing all the symbolic links — effectively deleting the whole (or parts of) the VFS.
