feat: Add advanced title settings:
- Added per-structure-type per-base-item title settings, all disabled by default. Can't get more advanced than this I think. but because it's so advanced, it's hard to make an intuitive UI for it, so no UI for now.

You now have per-structure-type, per-base-item advanced title settings — because only you know best what you want. 🎉 The only catch? There’s no fancy UI for it, so roll up your sleeves and tweak the XML directly to your heart’s content.
