Make the Series Credits Tab More Responsive
- previously the credits tab would break the layout below a certain width as the tiles would stay full width in 3 columns no matter what the actual page width was. this would also cause a horizontal scrollbar to appear at the bottom of the page
- now the number of columns as well and the tile width will adjust dynamically to fill the page without adding the aforementioned horizontal scrollbar
- Adjust card height to full
- if the user theme reduces the padding there would be large gaps otherwise
- make overscan 10 times the number of lanes
- condense the lanes calculation
- Change Media Type Fallback Colour to "Other"
- now that 'MusicVideo' / 'Unknown' is added this will make their colours match the 'Other' entry
