This release is planned to upgrade the current shentu-rts chain at height 224300.
This binary is directly built from commit d468af2 from https://github.com/certikfoundation/shentu, but with additional mechanism in CVM to break at particular height (28201), approximately 47 hours after the chain launches.

DO NOT BUILD FROM SOURCE. The codebase does NOT contain the bug to halt the chain.
Please follow the instructions on shentu-rts-2 to upgrade to this binary on Monday Sep 22nd 18:00 EDT (22:00 UTC).
The next upgrade is planned to be 47 hours after the upgrade, or Wednesday Sep 24th 18:00 EDT (22:00 UTC).
The genesis file will be uploaded here after the breaking height is reached.
