COGBox 0.4.1

Hotfix for 0.4.0.

Fixed

• Steam Deck / Linux (Proton): controllers work in the games again (#108). The pad worked in the launcher but not
  in the game: under Proton the game never looked for controllers that weren't there the moment it started. It now
  keeps looking until it finds one.
• With one player, every connected controller now controls player 1 (no more silent "second" pad).
• The game log lists every controller it sees (cogbox_pads:), so problem reports show what the game found.

New

• Keyboard keys: right-click an action on the keys page to give it a second key.

Upgrading

Unzip over 0.4.0 as usual. Saves and settings are untouched. Everything from 0.4.0 still applies (title updates
required; Gears 3 saves converted on 0.4.0's first start).
