Versioning
Integration manifest bumped to 0.10.1 so the installed integration version matches the GitHub / HACS release.
HACS
hacs.json includes render_readme so HACS can render the repository’s release/info page as intended.
SSDP discovery
Config flow reads the instance identifier from the correct UPnP fields (discovery_info.upnp), so discovered HyperHDR entries match Home Assistant’s SSDP data and avoid bad device IDs (no_id) or confusing duplicate discovery prompts.
Diagnostics
Optional diagnostic sensors (build, version, CPU/hardware fields, model, hostname, platform, architecture, OS, kernel) when HyperHDR sysinfo provides them.
Documentation
README updates (e.g. active installs / HACS Custom badges), links and workflow context for Shaffer-Softworks/hyperhdr-ha.
Upgrade notes
Restart Home Assistant after updating through HACS.
No manual migration is required for this version beyond the usual reload/restart.
