- Security improvements ( Thank you Jahn Kohlhas ):
- use GCM encryption mode (instead of CFB)
- disable extensions via hardcoded return in extNotify (must be manually enabled as per info in DavListener.php in addition to 'php occ ...' config)
- ensure timeslot lock is released on event create errors
