Fixed a bug for some users where Sentient didn't detect that you have ChatGPT Plus during onboarding.

Fixed a bug that let you kick-off multiple proactive cards at the same time (it would mean that computer use would time out). Our infra locks you to one active task at a time right now, intentionally.
Improved
- Quieter self-updates: When Sentient updates itself in the background, it relaunches without shoving a window at you, and leaves a small "Sentient just updated" note with a link to this changelog (hello, lol)
