sendspin v1.8.1 — maintenance / internal release

No user-facing or binary behavior changes vs v1.8.0. This release is groundwork for splitting the project into separate SDK / player-CLI / server-CLI repos. Player and server binaries behave identically to v1.8.0.

SDK / internal restructuring

• Removed ~2 KLOC of dead & orphaned code — the unused legacy internal/server engine, the orphaned (and broken) pkg/discovery and pkg/audio/encode stubs, and dead ResampledSource/resampler code.
• Decomposed pkg/sendspin by file (client / server / shared) and hoisted shared wire/audio constants into constants.go. The stable public import paths (pkg/sendspin, pkg/protocol, pkg/audio, pkg/sync) are unchanged.
• Promoted internal code to public packages: maintained mDNS discovery → pkg/discovery; Opus/FLAC encoders → pkg/audio/encode. The SDK (pkg/) now has zero dependencies on internal/.

Notes for library consumers

• The previously-orphaned pkg/discovery and pkg/audio/encode stubs were removed and replaced by the maintained implementations under the same import paths. The stable high-level API is unaffected.
