Changes
- SteamTools.exe skip: "Run All Patches" no longer fails on Step 2 when the SteamTools desktop app isn't installed -- it now skips gracefully and reports "Skipped (not installed)"
- SteamTools.exe auto-kill: Patching/unpatching SteamTools.exe when the app is running no longer fails with a file lock error -- the patcher now kills SteamTools.exe processes and retries automatically
- Hide sync options in STFixer mode: Settings page no longer shows cloud sync toggles (luas, achievements, playtime) when running in STFixer mode
