Traffic history per interface, and WAN Flow
New
- Traffic history per interface (#59). Click an interface and see its traffic, in the
dialog that already opens. Live (last 60 seconds), 5 min and 30 min come from
the page's own stream and work whatever is being recorded; 1 hour to 30 days come
from history.- A Record Traffic History switch on each interface. The WAN is always recorded.
- Totals and peak for the range, RX and TX in their usual colours.
- Hourly rollups keep that history bounded. Minutes are kept for 14 days and hours for
the full retention, so recording several interfaces costs a sixtieth of what it used to
after the first fortnight. Each hour keeps its average, its busiest minute and its sample
count, so longer ranges still report a real peak. - WAN Flow. A live Sankey of traffic across the uplinks, on the WAN page and as a
Dashboard card that scales with its edges. - The AI Agent can set the router's clock, which completes MikroMCP parity at 118 of 118.
Fixed
- Switching an existing device to TLS works (#137). Enabling TLS now moves the port from
8728 to 8729, so it connects instead of speaking TLS to the plain API service. A port you
typed yourself is left alone. - A refused ping says so (#138). MikroDash was looking for wording RouterOS does not use,
so a refusal reopened the stream every 20 seconds in silence. It now reports it once, names
the policy and stops. The wireless scan had the same blind spot. - The Interfaces page no longer skips a tick. An unchanged payload was suppressed, which
cost the live chart that second. - Live charts reach their right edge, on the Dashboard, the Bandwidth page and the new
panel: the gap held at the leading edge is measured from the samples rather than assumed
to be one second. - Reports adds up again. The summary card read only the last 14 days on longer ranges, and
interfaces disappeared from the picker once their minute rows aged out. - Removing a router, or purging its history, now clears the hourly rollups too.
Internal
- One rule for "the router refused this", instead of three copies that disagreed about the
wording. - Settings: Firewall Top N removed — nothing had read it for a long time.
