NetWatch and IP Addresses pages, interface and router name edits, and fewer open router channels

Finishes the router management work tracked in
#97, on top of 0.8.56.

New

  • NetWatch page (IP Services, NetWatch). Add, edit, enable and disable the hosts
RouterOS NetWatch probes. A disabled host counts as unknown for alerts, not down.
  • IP Addresses page (Network, IP Addresses). Every IPv4 and IPv6 address with its
    interface and state. Add, edit, enable, disable and remove static addresses;
changing the address MikroDash connects through asks first.
  • Interface comments, enable and disable on the Interfaces page. Disabling the
interface MikroDash is reached through asks first.
  • Router name (Settings, Devices, Edit Device). The System Identity field reads
and changes the router's name. Needs sign-in turned on.

Fixed

  • The Traffic chart no longer blanks when the browser loses focus. Returning to
the tab redraws it on the current time instead of fading it back in.
  • Poll interval changes take effect for PPP, Users, DHCP Networks and CAPsMAN.
The page showed the new interval while the router was still read at the old one.
  • A page keeps its data after one failed read instead of showing it empty.
  • A page says when a router lacks its menu or refuses it instead of never
    updating.
  • Configuration no longer holds a router channel open. Only live data streams
now: WiFi, VLAN and DHCP network settings poll at the same interval on routers
    set to Stream.

Internal

  • Sixteen collectors share one lifecycle, so start, stop, re-tune, refresh and
reconnect behave the same on every table page.
  • An "Adding a collector" checklist in Collector-Architecture.md, checked so it
    cannot fall out of date.
