The update dialog closes itself, and quiet routers stop looking stale

A fixes release on top of 0.8.51.

Fixed

  • The Update RouterOS dialog closes itself when the router is back. It used
to sit on "Rebooting…" after the router had restarted and MikroDash had
reconnected. It now closes once the router has been reachable again for three
seconds, so a router that blips back briefly before its real reboot does not
    close it early.
  • Settings → Devices shows each router's current RouterOS version. The
Version column (and Model and Serial with it) stopped updating, so a router you
had upgraded kept showing its old version. It now updates as soon as MikroDash
    reads the router.
  • Top Talkers no longer goes stale on a quiet router. On a router with little
or no traffic the card was marked stale even though the router was answering
    fine.
  • Add Card on the Dashboard places new cards properly. It dropped every added
card on top of an existing one. The grid now grows downward to make room.
  • The API Diagnostics card works. It was always empty. It now shows how much
MikroDash asks each router for, without asking the router for anything extra.
  • "Clear all" on the alert bell records when the alerts were cleared. It used
the browser's clock instead of the time MikroDash recorded.

Internal

  • Every WebSocket message is declared once in Go with its payload type, and the
browser's types are generated from those declarations, so the two sides cannot
drift apart without the build failing. A test holds that Go never sends a null
    array to the browser.
  • Listeners for two alert events that nothing ever sent are removed, along with
other reads of fields the server never sends.
  • CLAUDE.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and Collector-Architecture.md describe the Go and
TypeScript app as it is; two finished planning documents are removed.
